This 2 bed / 2 bath remodel was refreshed into a bright, airy home defined by a soft coastal-inspired palette and light, natural finishes. Crisp white cabinetry and white furnishings create a clean, open foundation throughout the space, while varying shades of blue in curtains, pillows, and blankets add a layered sense of calm color. Light pine-toned wood brings warmth and balance, keeping the overall look soft and inviting without diminishing the home’s brightness. The result is a cohesive, modern retreat that feels fresh, relaxed, and effortlessly livable.

Multifamily Residential

This needed mostly new furniture and all new lighting. We also replaced flooring in large foyer room, business center and managers office. Replaced furniture in business center, front of leasing office and the clubhouse seating areas. Neon lights installed on an accent wall to see through plate glass windows on a busy road.

Home design

Nestled in the scenic Texas Hill Country of West Austin, specifically in Marble Falls, this model home is part of an innovative modular community. Each unit is constructed off-site and then transported for final assembly, significantly reducing on-site construction time and impact. The client envisioned a design that embraced the rustic charm of Texas Hill Country while incorporating luxurious, modern touches. We balanced this by layering in natural materials, warm textures, and subtle Texas-inspired details to maintain an upscale yet inviting aesthetic. The result is a space that feels both sophisticated and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Warmth + Style

Multifamily Residential

This Austin home already had a solid foundation with great furniture, but it lacked the cozy, finished feel the homeowners were craving. We stepped in to bring warmth, personality, and a sense of completion to two living spaces and the entryway. In the entry, we anchored the space with a dramatic oversized mirror, a sleek new sideboard, sculptural lamps, and art that sets the tone for the home. A new rug grounds the area, making the entire space feel intentional and welcoming. In the living areas, we focused on layering textures and tones — think inviting pillows, soft throws, and styled bookshelves that bring the whole room to life. Thoughtful accessories and updated styling turned what once felt cold into a home that’s warm, lived-in, and uniquely theirs.
