The Mesa Verde Pool Redesign, is a transformative project aimed at revitalizing an outdoor apartment oasis in Texas. Tasked with breathing new life into a tired space, our team embarked on a mission to enhance both style and functionality. We began by addressing key issues, revamping worn-out outdoor furniture and updating the aging grill. Our skilled contractors painted the pergola a sleek black to replace its faded stain, while also reconstructing the built-in grill to modern standards. To maximize usability, we introduced both small and large dining areas, perfect for intimate gatherings or larger parties. A conversation pit was crafted with four glider loungers encircling a central coffee table, inviting residents to relax and socialize. Matching umbrellas and coordinating outdoor fabrics tied the space together seamlessly, while playful wicker tables with stone tops added durability and charm. Velcro attached pillows were added to chaise loungers for practicality in windy conditions, complemented by outdoor rugs and stylish accessories to elevate the overall aesthetic.
