This new homeowner had some great pieces and things passed down from her family that she was struggling to pull together. There was a lot of wood furniture that she needed to keep, so we added soft texture with rugs, drapes, pillows and throws to create the cozy she was craving. Also uniting her cherished heirlooms with more modern accessories to create a sentimental yet luxurious detailed look throughout her home to remind her that this was not a model, but her home and wanted these memories surrounding her.

This was a new property with an initial designer that came in with lots of bright red carpet, furniture, and art. It was overwhelming, and the owner asked us to come in and tone it down, replacing most of the furniture and reworking tile throughout the room, resulting in a light look with some rustic touches. Which turns out was what they were looking for - a juxtaposition of modern mixed with rustic elements.

Our team went in to refresh this model to appeal to their ideal residents. There were many details that were not addressed when the model was established and they were not sure how to rework some of their existing items to make it look more upscale. We went in, decided what could stay, what needed to be brought in and what could be used differently. They were thrilled with the outcome and was all just making some detailed adjustments while saving them money. They did not have the budget to start over.
