Wilder Clubhouse & Leasing office

Austin | TX

This was a new property with an initial designer that came in with lots of bright red carpet, furniture, and art. It was overwhelming, and the owner asked us to come in and tone it down, replacing most of the furniture and reworking tile throughout the room, resulting in a light look with some rustic touches. Which turns out was what they were looking for - a juxtaposition of modern mixed with rustic elements.

A mainstream designer had done these models originally, but they didn’t flow well and had some furniture in them that was not “to scale.” We switched pieces from one unit to another replaced rugs, accessories, and art to refresh the spaces and make them more customized to the unique space.

422 at The Lake

Located in the heart of downtown Austin, this model apartment underwent a complete transformation to align with the client’s vision and attract the ideal tenant demographic. Though initially intended as a refresh, nearly every element was replaced to create a cohesive, high-end look. To maximize impact, we focused on proper furniture scaling, introducing natural wood tones and layered textures to enhance depth and warmth. The aesthetic is rooted in modern luxury with an “Austin vibe” woven throughout—most notably in the artwork above the sofa and carefully curated decor. Soft, neutral tones dominate the space, and the addition of flowing cream drapery in the bedroom enhances the sense of comfort and tranquility

3500 Westlake Leasing Office

This Westlake luxury property needed a redesign for their leasing office with some light pieces to replace the heavy dark furniture.
