This River Place home was thoughtfully refreshed to enhance the existing furnishings while creating a more cohesive and elevated residential aesthetic. Rather than starting from scratch, we focused on editing and layering the pieces already in the home, introducing carefully selected additions that brought balance, warmth, and personality to each space. Through thoughtful furniture placement, updated furnishings, and intentional styling details, we refined the overall look while preserving the character of the home. The result is a more polished and inviting environment that feels intentional, comfortable, and reflective of the home’s natural beauty.

Drawing inspiration from the university's dynamic atmosphere, we incorporated vibrant colors and clean lines to evoke a sense of modern luxury. One of the standout features of the apartments is the built-in closets, seamlessly integrated into the bedrooms for maximum convenience. To enhance privacy and functionality, we provided innovative privacy screens, offering prospective residents a glimpse into the versatility of the space. From the moment you step foot into this modular complex, you'll be enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and style, where every detail has been carefully curated to elevate your living experience. This Folio Pool Cabana interior design refresh is located in vibrant Austin, Texas. Featuring sea glass painted walls and tranquil hues of ocean waves, with crisp white subway tiles and sleek black hardware and fixtures that add a touch of modern sophistication to the space. We embraced the beach-inspired ambiance with an array of seaside accessories and décor elements that mimic sandy shores and salty breezes. Tenants can unwind in the inviting seating areas, where natural tones and textures create a sense of warmth and relaxation. Lounging with a good book or enjoying lively conversations with friends. With its effortless blend of coastal aesthetics and contemporary design, the Folio Pool Cabana offers a tranquil retreat with soothing hues, beachy accents, and comfortable furnishings that come together to create a serene oasis that invites residents to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.

This Austin home already had a solid foundation with great furniture, but it lacked the cozy, finished feel the homeowners were craving. We stepped in to bring warmth, personality, and a sense of completion to two living spaces and the entryway. In the entry, we anchored the space with a dramatic oversized mirror, a sleek new sideboard, sculptural lamps, and art that sets the tone for the home. A new rug grounds the area, making the entire space feel intentional and welcoming. In the living areas, we focused on layering textures and tones — think inviting pillows, soft throws, and styled bookshelves that bring the whole room to life. Thoughtful accessories and updated styling turned what once felt cold into a home that’s warm, lived-in, and uniquely theirs.
