This needed mostly new furniture and all new lighting. We also replaced flooring in large foyer room, business center and managers office. Replaced furniture in business center, front of leasing office and the clubhouse seating areas. Neon lights installed on an accent wall to see through plate glass windows on a busy road.

In staging this Beach House short term rental, we went for a cozy fun beach feel with a modern flair.

Pressler Rooftop Deck

The client wanted to reimagine this rooftop deck as an engaging social space for residents while also addressing furniture durability against Austin’s elements. In response, we introduced a mix of entertainment and functional upgrades, transforming it into a true community hub. A dedicated game area featuring Corn Hole and Life-Sized Connect Four was added adjacent to the grilling station, creating a lively atmosphere for gatherings. To further enhance the space, a fun, locally-inspired mural became a focal point, offering a prime selfie spot. At the client’s request, the mural includes references to beloved Austin spots, plus a nod to Bevo—the iconic Texas Longhorn—cheekily depicted with a can of spray paint (a brilliant touch by our artist!). To extend seasonal usability, we incorporated a fire-pit, ensuring the deck remains a cozy retreat even in cooler months. Given the rooftop’s exposure to wind, all outdoor pillows and rugs were sourced from one of our trusted vendors who specializes in weighted textiles—keeping everything stylishly in place, no matter the weather.

We embraced the "Austin Vibe", using a variety of local landscapes/fun street art around our city and of course, our very own "Matthew". Mixing the textures of leather velvet completed this fun yet sophisticated conference room. We added the art to all the existing shelving there which was mostly blank when we began. The staff asked if we installed the shelves!! No one even realized shelves were all around the room as they had been sitting empty. It is amazing the things we notice when they are restyled. Small sensible changes to create a gallery of our beloved city of Austin!
