This newly built leasing office and clubhouse in Hutto, Texas was designed from the ground up to create a welcoming, functional, and engaging experience for both residents and staff. We furnished the leasing office with a complete set of commercial-grade pieces, including three dedicated leasing desks and a thoughtfully designed manager’s office that balances professionalism with warmth. In the clubhouse, we transformed a blank canvas into a vibrant community hub with a mix of indoor and outdoor amenities. Durable outdoor furnishings were selected to withstand the Texas elements while creating comfortable spaces for residents to gather, relax, and connect. A custom shuffleboard table, life-sized Connect Four game, and fully equipped kitchen and dining area add opportunities for entertainment and everyday enjoyment. Through intentional furniture selections, playful amenities, and cohesive styling, this new build became more than just a shared space — it became a place designed for connection, community, and memorable experiences.
